Sayless
Terms of Service
Effective October 6, 2026
Sayless is an operating system for college clubs. It gives students one place to find clubs, keep track of tasks and events, chat with the groups they belong to, and see their week. These terms are the agreement between you and Sayless. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Sayless. Sayless is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any university or school.
Sayless is free
Sayless costs nothing. There are no fees, no subscriptions, no paid tiers, and no in app purchases. There are no ads, and we do not sell your information. Every feature is available to every student.
Who can use Sayless
Sayless is for college students. You sign in with your school email and a short code we send to that address, so you need a valid student email to use the app. You are responsible for keeping access to your account safe and for everything done through it. One account is for one person; do not share it or pretend to be someone else.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior on Sayless. By using the app you agree that you will not post, send, or share content that is offensive, harmful, hateful, threatening, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, and that you will not abuse, bully, or target other people. Accounts that break this rule are removed.
Acceptable use
While using Sayless, you agree not to:
- Harass, bully, threaten, or target any other person.
- Post hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content.
- Send spam, scams, or unwanted repeated messages.
- Share anything illegal or encourage others to break the law.
- Impersonate another person, club, or organization, or pretend to speak for one.
- Upload content you do not have the right to share.
- Try to break, overload, or get around the security of the app.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You are responsible for it, and you confirm you have the right to share it. You give Sayless permission to store and show your content so the app can work, such as delivering your messages to your club or showing your profile to members. We can remove content that breaks these terms.
Reporting and blocking
Sayless gives you tools to stay safe. You can report objectionable messages and content to our moderation team from inside the app, and you can block anyone you do not want to hear from so they drop out of your chats and the surfaces that filter them. We take every report seriously.
How we act on reports
We review reports of objectionable content and abusive behavior and act on them within 24 hours. When a report is valid, we remove the content and, where needed, remove the person responsible from the app. Removing abusive users and objectionable content is a condition of using Sayless, not an afterthought.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk. How we handle your information when an account ends is described in our Privacy Policy.
The app is provided as is
We work to keep Sayless running and safe, but the app is provided as is, without warranties. We are not responsible for content posted by other people, and to the extent the law allows, our liability to you for using a free product is limited.
Changes to these terms
If we make a meaningful change, we will update the effective date above and, when the change is significant, let you know in the app. Continuing to use Sayless after a change means you accept the updated terms.
